‌Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Zero Discharge Project

  3. Project Overview:
    The wastewater from a printing and dyeing factory in Shandong undergoes coagulation sedimentation and biochemical treatment, then enters the MBR process to further remove suspended solids, impurities and colloids. After that, it is sent to the membrane advanced treatment system after resin softening. Finally, the DTRO concentrate is sent for evaporation treatment, and the produced water from the three-stage reverse osmosis membrane can meet the discharge standards, with an overall recovery rate of 95%.
