Protein Extraction And Concentration Project
1. Treatment Capacity: NF: 480 m³/d; RO: 72 m³/d
2. Process Flow: Enzymatic hydrolysate + Plate-and-frame filtration + NF + RO
3. Project Overview:
This project serves the protein processing industry. The system utilizes enzymatic hydrolysate as the feed stream. Plate-and-frame filtration is employed as a pretreatment step to remove suspended solids and large particulate impurities.
Subsequently, a NF system is applied for fractionation and primary concentration, increasing the protein concentration from approximately 5% to 25%, while effectively retaining high-molecular-weight proteins and allowing the permeation of low-molecular-weight impurities and salts.
The RO system further treats the NF concentrate, increasing the protein concentration from approximately 25% to 40%, achieving deep desalination and final-stage concentration, thereby producing a high-purity protein concentrate.
