3. Project Overview
This project is located at a food processing facility in Ningxia, China, and is designed to perform membrane-based concentration of vegetable juice, achieving the dual objectives of product concentration and quality enhancement as well as process water recovery.
The system employs high-temperature-resistant NF to deeply concentrate the clarified vegetable juice pretreated by inorganic ceramic membrane filtration. The process ensures stable concentrate quality, while the permeate stream is suitable for direct discharge or reuse within the production process.
