Treatment Scale: 200 m³/h (DTRO)
Process Composition: High-efficiency Clarifier + High-efficiency Cyclone + Chemical Softening + UF + RO + Variable Pore Filter + Multi-media Filter + Decarbonizer + NF + DTRO + Coagulation Sedimentation + MF + AOP Oxidation + MVR Forced Evaporation Crystallization
Project Overview:
With a total treatment capacity of 1900 m³/h, this project realizes full-volume mine water treatment and achieves the goal of mine water zero discharge. The system is divided into two sections: the 1900 m³/h mine water pretreatment system (4 sets of 225 m³/h high-efficiency clarifiers + 5 sets of 200 m³/h high-efficiency cyclones) and the 1900 m³/h mine water advanced treatment system, which adopts a three-stage process of pretreatment softening, membrane concentration and concentrated water evaporation crystallization. The DTRO subsystem has a designed capacity of 200 m³/h, consisting of 5 sets of equipment with 180 DTRO membranes per set (900 membranes in total). Each DTRO unit has a treatment capacity of 40 m³/h with a 50% designed recovery rate, delivering a total product water flow of 100 m³/h.
