Dead-Zone Free Sanitary Nanofiltration Membrane for Food & Pharmaceutical Concentration
Product Description
- Outer Enclosure Type: Sanitary Cage
- Flow Channel Type: Parallel Channel 32mil / 34mil, other flow channel sizes can be customized
- Application Scenarios: Material separation, purification, decolorization, desalination and concentration, etc.
Product Features
- Adopts imported membrane sheets combined with in-house modification patents to eliminate microscopic defects on the membrane surface, improving anti-fouling performance, increasing flux and balancing desalination rate. The membrane sheet type can be selected based on pilot and lab test results.
- Equipped with parallel flow channels, it delivers better anti-fouling performance, more thorough cleaning and superior performance recovery effect compared with diamond-shaped flow channels.
- Adopts external net hot-welding structure, which creates a dead-zone-free structure and reduces stagnant water areas.
- Uses multi-leaf / short-leaf welding technology to expand the effective membrane area, eliminate dead corners and improve permeate water flux.
- Adopts special adhesive sealing to minimize material loss.
