PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is a high-performance fluoropolymer material known for its exceptional chemical resistance. Membrane modules made from PTFE exhibit excellent tolerance to oils, acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, and can operate across a wide pH range of 0–14. NANO has developed submerged PTFE hollow fiber MBR membranes and outside-in PTFE hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes, which feature the following advantages:

1. Excellent Hydrophilicity: Permanently maintains outstanding hydrophilic properties, enabling faster start-up and more stable long-term operation.

2. High Flux & Low Energy Consumption: High porosity design effectively reduces hydraulic resistance and enhances water permeability.

3. Strength & Durability: The hollow fibers have high tensile strength, are resistant to breakage, and ensure a longer service life.

4. Anti-Fouling & Easy Cleaning: Excellent fouling resistance extends cleaning intervals and reduces maintenance costs.

5. Chemical Resistance: Compatible with a wide range of cleaning chemicals, providing flexible operation.
