Product Description

 

  • As a core component in modern water treatment systems, the anti-fouling reverse osmosis membrane (ROB-8040 series) is independently developed and produced by our company for the pain points of high pollution, easy blockage and frequent cleaning in industrial wastewater, surface water and landfill leachate treatment scenarios. With the continuous development of the water treatment industry, the demand for anti-fouling performance of reverse osmosis membranes is increasing day by day. Our anti-fouling reverse osmosis membrane adopts high-quality aromatic polyamide (APA) as the core membrane material, which is processed by imported diaphragm and proprietary modification patent technology, effectively solving the problem of membrane pollution and blockage in complex water treatment environments. The product is wrapped with high-strength fiberglass, equipped with parallel flow channels of multiple specifications (34mil/46mil/50mil/65mil), and is widely used in surface (subsurface) water treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, water reuse, landfill leachate treatment and other fields, providing efficient and stable water treatment solutions for enterprises and environmental protection projects.
  • The ROB-8040 series anti-fouling reverse osmosis membrane is available in two main models: ROB-8040/34FA and ROB-8040/46FA, with customizable sizes of 2540/4040/8040 to adapt to different installation spaces and water treatment system configurations. The product adopts a fiberglass outer wrapping, which has excellent pressure-bearing and corrosion-resistant performance, and can operate stably under the maximum operating pressure of ≤600psi (41bar) and the maximum operating temperature of ≤45℃. The parallel flow channels of different specifications (34mil/46mil/50mil/65mil) can be selected according to the pollution degree of the inlet water, ensuring the treatment efficiency and service life of the membrane element.

 

Product Features

 

  • Superior Anti-Fouling Performance: The product uses imported diaphragms combined with its own modified patents to eliminate micro-defects on the membrane surface, significantly improving the anti-fouling performance of the membrane element. It can effectively resist the adhesion and deposition of pollutants such as suspended solids, colloids and organic matter in the water, reducing the frequency of membrane cleaning and extending the service life of the membrane.
  • Balanced Performance: While improving anti-fouling performance, the product also increases water flux and balances the desalination rate, ensuring that while maintaining high anti-fouling capacity, it can also meet the water quality requirements of various water treatment scenarios, achieving a win-win situation of anti-fouling and water treatment efficiency.

  • Efficient Flow Channel Design: Adopting diamond wide flow channels, the design is more compact, which not only increases the effective membrane area, but also optimizes the water flow distribution, reduces flow resistance, and improves water production efficiency. The parallel flow channels of multiple specifications can be customized according to the actual water quality, with strong adaptability.

  • Stable Welding Technology: The use of multi-page/short-page welding technology increases the effective membrane area, eliminates dead corners in the membrane element, avoids the problem of local water flow stagnation, further improves water flux, and ensures the stable operation of the membrane element for a long time.
