Notes on Membrane Cleaning
- Never mix different cleaning agents! Mixing will neutralize the cleaning solutions, minimize cleaning efficiency and damage the membrane surface.
- Do not clean the membrane sheet by hand or with any soft tools that may impair the filtration performance and reduce the desalination capacity of the membrane material.
- Deionized water shall be used for cleaning and storage to ensure optimal cleaning performance.
Warranty Period
The company warrants the performance of membrane elements for three 3 years. The three-year warranty period shall commence on the earliest of the following dates:
- The date when the reverse osmosis system is put into operation;
- Six 6 months from the date the membrane elements are shipped from the manufacturing site;
- Three 3 months after the membrane elements are shipped from Guangzhou / Shanghai, China to Taiwan of China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, India, Malaysia, the United States and other designated locations in China.
