• Sanitary ultrafiltration membrane is a high-performance sanitary-grade separation product independently developed by our company, which is widely used in material separation, purification, decolorization and other scenarios. It integrates imported membrane materials and our own proprietary modification technology, effectively overcoming the defects of traditional ultrafiltration membranes. The outer layer of the membrane element adopts a sanitary mesh wrapping design, which not only ensures the sanitation and safety of the product, but also enhances its structural stability. The flow channel adopts a parallel flow channel design, with standard specifications of 32mil and 34mil; in addition, we can customize flow channel sizes of different specifications according to the actual use needs of customers to meet the diverse separation requirements of different industries.

• The combination of imported membrane materials and proprietary modification patents effectively eliminates micro-defects on the membrane surface, significantly enhances the anti-pollution performance of the membrane, increases water flux, and optimizes the overall separation efficiency. Customers can select the most suitable membrane type through pilot test according to their own water quality and process requirements.
• Compared with the traditional diamond-shaped flow channel, the parallel flow channel adopted by the product has more excellent anti-pollution performance. During the cleaning process, the cleaning effect is more thorough, and the performance of the membrane element can be quickly recovered after cleaning, ensuring long-term stable operation.
• Advanced multi-page/short-page welding technology is used to maximize the effective membrane area, eliminate dead corners that affect flux, and significantly improve water flux and separation efficiency.
• Special professional glue is used in the assembly process, which effectively reduces material loss during the operation of the membrane element and ensures the stability and service life of the product.
• The external hot-welding structure design is adopted, which completely eliminates dead corners in the membrane element, reduces the dead water area, avoids the accumulation of pollutants, and further improves the sanitation level and service life of the product.
