Equipment Applications
The unit integrates proprietary patented modified membrane elements that eliminate micro-defects on the membrane surface. Its parallel open flow channel design enables full cleaning without dead zones, reduces scaling and delivers excellent performance recovery. Compared with conventional RO membranes, it boasts greatly improved chemical stability and lower pretreatment requirements. It can withstand feed water with higher COD and SS, offering outstanding fouling resistance. It is ideal for brine concentration and volume reduction scenarios including coal chemical & coking wastewater, mine high-salinity wastewater, textile wastewater zero liquid discharge (ZLD), chlor-alkali denitrification and reclaimed water reuse.

Shandong Textile Wastewater Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Project
- Core Objectives: Advanced treatment of textile wastewater, reclaimed water reuse and concentrate volume reduction to achieve zero liquid discharge (ZLD)

- Process Flow: Submerged UF → Softening Resin → 1st-stage RO → Ozonation → Salt Fractionation NF → CPRO
- Project Description: Suspended solids and colloidal contaminants in textile wastewater are removed via coagulation-sedimentation, biochemical treatment and MBR. After resin softening, the water enters the membrane advanced treatment system. The CPRO concentrate is sent for evaporation, and the permeate from the secondary reverse osmosis meets standards for reuse.
